Refund, Return & Cancellation

1. Services (Digital/Strategy Plans)

Due to the nature of our digital services and strategic consultancy, all purchases of ad strategies, templates, and WhatsApp automation plans are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or initiated.

2. Custom Projects (Websites, Ads, Funnels)

• Advance payments made for website development, funnel setup, or Meta ads management are non-refundable after work has commenced.
• If a cancellation request is made before project execution begins, up to 50% of the amount may be refunded based on our discretion and the stage of preparation.

3. Product Sales (Physical/Digital)

If you have purchased a digital or physical product through one of our connected brands, returns or refunds will be governed by that brand’s respective policy. No return or exchange is applicable once the product is delivered unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

4. Cancellation of Subscriptions

• You may cancel your monthly subscription to the ₹999 Promo1on Ad Strategy Plan at any time from your account or by contacting us via WhatsApp.
• After cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you've been charged multiple times for the same service due to a technical issue, please share the transaction IDs within 7 working days. After verification, we will initiate a full refund for the duplicate payment.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

• If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• We are not liable for delays caused by banking or payment gateway systems.
